I'm sure this is already old news for all you super Sailor Moon fans, but I'm going to post this anyway. HA!
First of all: called it! (Well, in my head at least.) But really, a new Sailor Moon anime makes total sense. It's basic marketing. If the new Sailor Moon manga did well in sales (which it did), then the market would naturally expand so that more people can make more money. And this all benefits me because I get a new Sailor Moon anime.
I am a little surprised that it took so long for a new anime to come out. I really thought that when the new manga was released in Japan, a new anime would be created. But maybe the new manga had to be released in the States and other countries first to get a larger supporting fan base. I don't know.
I'm probably the minority here, but I really hope the animation is the same as or similar to the original anime. Naoko Takeuchi's style is beautiful (especially the covers for the manga), but the anime's style was also beautiful in its own way. (Plus I absolutely love how Haruka and Seiya look in the anime.) I don't feel confidently that this will happen, but I can hope nonetheless.
I also hope that this will be a long anime, and not just a short 25-50 or so anime. I don't even care if there's a monster-of-the-day episode for 30 episodes. I just want Sailor Moon and lots of it. I'm sure this time around the anime will be very close to (if not the same as) as the manga, but I hope that there's still a lot of humor like in the original series. The manga is generally more serious, which is fine, but I'd miss the nearly-every episode-humor the original had.
And I really hope that the dub is much better this time. It should be just fine if 4kids or someone else doesn't get their hands on it (but if the anime follows the manga more closely this time, the anime will be PG-13 at the very least anyway). I say that either Funimation or Viz. I think both of those companies dub very well (I was impressed with Inuyasha, at least).
What are your thoughts on the new Sailor Moon anime? Are you super excited (like me) or could you care less (because you're not really a Sailor Moon fan)?
(And now I need to go start a new Sailor Moon cosplay because I plan on joining all of the Sailor Moon cosplayers at NDK 2013 after the new anime has been released. )

Wanted: Help For Possible Upcoming ItaSaku Doujin
As the title states, I'm looking for someone to help me with a possible upcoming ItaSaku doujinshi. (I say possible because if I don't get help, I won't be making one, sorry.)
My biggest challenge with making a doujinshi is planning the story. I always know the beginning and the end, but never the middle. That's why Bittersweet is at a permanent standstill. I don't know what happens next, and if I don't know what's next, how can I continue?
As such, I'm looking to either remake Bittersweet or make a completely new doujinshi. What I need first, however, is someone who can help me plan it. Below are the details of what I'm looking for.
DD's are CRAP!

I really hate Daily Deviations. It's all based on popularity and rarely about skill. Here's what I mean:
Any beginning Photoshop user could create this:

Only a very skilled artist could create this:

I could create the first image and it'd take me 5-10 minutes. Yet if I submitted it, I would probably not get a DD. In fact, I probably wouldn't even get very many comments or favorites.
I hate DDs.

If you're a part of Itachi-Sakura (https://www.deviantart.com/itachi-sakura) then you've already heard this, but here it is again! I'm really sorry that I haven't been around much lately. I started a new website called Sonzai
What do you want for Christmas?
Christmas is slowly creeping closer (thank the Lord--I don't know how much longer I can stand of this semester), so naturally, it's all I can think about. In any case, Christmas is my favorite holiday, for a multitude of reasons.
I'm not actually sure what I want for Christmas. I have a few presents under the tree already (well, only one but two more are being shipped soon), but I can still ask for a few more. The only problem is, after I get my new computer parts (isn't sad that I already know what I'm getting for Christmas? Though I haven't been surprised with a gift for Christmas in many years now), there's nothing else I immediately
Must See
If you haven't yet watched episode 189 from Naruto Shippuuden (or you don't watch the anime or whatever), I strongly suggest you do. It is hilarious and cute and features both Sakura and Itachi (though, sadly, not together). And the other reason you should watch (in case those weren't enough for you), Sakura makes a cute cat:
Adorable, right? :meow:
EDIT: Apparently I need to make an ItaSaku journal skin, now that I have a Premium Membership. :eyes:
